Job Description:
– Conduct quality control testing/procedures for raw materials
– Manage storage and production processes to ensure product consistency and quality
– Perform product development for improvement of existing products
– Perform research and development for new product prototypes
– Provide product technical support and training to company stakeholders
– Maintain laboratory instruments as to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed
– Ensure government compliance standards in both laboratory, storage and production
– Establish standards for products, processes or procedures.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
– At least 2-3 years of experience
– Advance knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable candidates
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
