Job Summary:
The Lead Man works with the Project Manager and Client
representative to ensure the completion of a project within a
specific time limit, budget and quality. He is responsible for
overseeing the day to day operations of the project at the project
site

Job Description:
– Act as leader for the project crew
– Ensure that project/s handled are administrated at the     highest level of compliance with company policies and     procedures and local government requirements
– Manage approved project budgets, disburses and
   liquidates them accordingly
– Safely mobilizes and demobilizes required manpower and equipment to and from the project site
– Ensure that the surface layout for lane marking in accordance to design plan
– Ensure that the project crew achieves daily targets in work output
– Manage project material consumption and daily expenses
– Supervise project crew members in performing individual tasks properly
– Ensure that daily project status updates to the Operations Supervisor, including but not limited         to accomplishments and daily operation issues
– Ensure highest quality workmanship for the projects
– Properly documents project through photographs on a daily basis

Job Requirements:
– College Level
– One (1) year of experience as a lead person
– Two (2) years of experience in the road construction
– Can operate striping machine & kneading machine
– Can communicate well
– Must be from Batangas
