Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a Team Leader and we will only
accept a Team Leader because this is a critical leadership
position. That is, we must have a true team captain who
has high skills and embodies our desired vision and
values. The right candidate will also have a high drive to
Product, Stabilize and Unify. That is, they will drive to
accomplish daily/weekly work, create efficiencies that bring
order out of chaos and keep everyone working well
together
Accountabilities:
1. Services sales management
2. Services projects management
3. Business unit growth & development
4. Customer technical support management
Key Performance
Indicators:
1. Total output (in square meters)
2. Average project bottom line
3. Business unit bottom line
4. Customer Satisfaction rating
Job Requirements:
– Licensed Civil engineer with Master’s Degree is a plus
– 3-5 years of experience in project management
– Prior experience as a small business unit head
– With experience on Road Construction, Batching Plant
– Must be from Bulacan
