Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a Team Leader and we will only accept a Team Leader because this is a critical leadership position. That is, we must have a true team leader who has high skills and embodies our desired vision and values. The right candidate will also have a high drive to Produce and Stabilize. That is, they will drive to accomplish daily/weekly work and create efficiencies that bring order out of chaos.

Job Requirements:
– Degree in any business/marketing course
– Prior experience in a B2B company preferably in the
– construction/construction materials industry
– Prior experience in leading a sales team
– Prior experience in creating sales systems
– Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
