Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a Team Leader and we will only accept a Team Leader because this is a critical leadership position. That is, we must have a true team captain who has high skills and embodies our desired vision and values. The right candidate will also have a high drive to Product, Stabilize and Unify. That is, they will drive to accomplish daily/weekly work, create efficiencies that bring order out of chaos and keep everyone working well together.

1. Project cost estimation, scheduling & deployment
2. Project management
3. Customer technical support services
4. Business growth & team development
Job Requirements:
– Must be a licensed civil engineer
– Prior experience in road construction and batching plants
– At least 2 years of experience in project management
– Must be from Bulacan
