TERRITORY SALES SPECIALIST Hybrid | Full Time

As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering results. The Category Head leads a strategic solution category, driving growth, profitability, and market success. This role defines the category strategy, develops innovative solutions, and ensures strong product-market fit while aligning commercial and technical teams. You’ll own P&L responsibility, monitor market trends, support product launches, and strengthen the company’s position as a solutions leader in your domain.

Ideal candidates must have experience in construction materials, infrastructure, or industrial products, with strong strategic, commercial, and cross-functional leadership skills.

The Business Development Specialist drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and building strategic relationships with key accounts. This role leads the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, account management, and customer retention. Working closely with commercial and operational teams, the Business Development Manager develops market penetration strategies, strengthens client partnerships, and ensures the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Ideal candidates must have proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, and business development, preferably within the construction materials or FMCG industry. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and pipeline management skills, combined with a results-driven mindset and willingness to travel nationwide, are essential for success in this role.

The Business Development Manager drives business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and launching new products, services, and revenue streams. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, strengthen supplier and stakeholder relationships, and improve profitability through effective market and business strategies.

Ideal candidates have experience in business development, operations, or product development, preferably within the Real Estate Development and Architecture industry. Strong business acumen, market analysis, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

The Field and Remote Operations Manager is responsible for the successful execution of road marking projects and the efficient operation of bitumen decanter sites. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, resources are deployed effectively, and site operations run smoothly with minimal downtime. The position also leads field teams and site operators, maintains high standards of quality and productivity, and works closely with other departments to support business objectives.

Ideal candidates are licensed Civil Engineers with experience in road construction, infrastructure, or industrial operations. They should have strong leadership skills, experience managing multiple teams and sites, and the ability to coordinate people, equipment, and resources across different locations.

The Innovation Engineer Leads (Cement & Bitumen) are responsible for developing new products, from concept and testing to production and launch. This role ensures product quality, supports pilot runs and manufacturing setup, and works with Sales and Marketing to bring products successfully to market. It also maintains proper technical documentation and product records.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, with experience in road construction chemicals such as bitumen, thermoplastic paint, or asphalt products. Experience in new product development, manufacturing processes, and market analysis is required, along with a willingness to do fieldwork.
