Territory Sales Executive

Job Description: 


Objective: Meet territory sales objectives

  • Search for local distributors and manage onboarding process
  • Manage & support local distributors to meet yearly targets
  • Perform provincial sales routing to acquire/retain new accounts
  • Propose marketing programs to meet/augment sales objectives
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Develop good working relationships with related institutions
Job Requirements: 
  • Graduate of any course
  • At least five (5) years’ experience as Sales or equivalent
  • Currently or has been engaged in the Construction Supplies or Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
  • Proven track record
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills; speaking, listening and conflict resolution
  • Good interpersonal skills; dealing or relating with other people
  • Highly organized and has good attention to detail
  • Can speak local dialect fluently
Job Level: 
PhP 25,000 to 30,000 with transportation, travel and communications allowances
